YOU NEED TO LISTEN TO YOUR REGULAR CUSTOMERS, and fix your social media in order to have conversations with us. There’s a thought. You are the single biggest beneficiary of our hard earned family earnings, second only to school. Has our family ever been asked for feedback, suggestions, user experience? Not once, and you need to fix this if you want to earn a relationship. The offer is there, are you going to take it?
